All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you receive is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item has a major defect or if you were sent the wrong item.
A major defect refers to a fault that makes the item unwearable or unsafe. Examples include:
- Large tears or holes
- Broken or missing zippers/buttons
- Significant stains that affect the item’s appearance or wearability
- Incorrect size, colour, or item sent
Minor Variations
The following are considered minor variations and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Slight color differences due to lighting, screen settings, or natural dye variations
- Shrinkage or changes from improper washing or care
- Minor measurement differences due to mass production
- Loose threads, uneven stitching, or a stitch coming out that does not affect the item’s use
- Light or minor stains that do not affect the item’s appearance or wearability
- Natural fabric characteristics, including:
- Slubs or texture variations
- Tiny knots or specks in the fabric
- Slight irregularities in weave or thickness
- Minor creases or wrinkles
- Subtle color variations between batches or sections of fabric
These minor variations are normal characteristics of the fabrics and production process and do not affect the usability of the item.
Return Conditions
- Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with attached hang tags when returned.
- Items that do not meet these return conditions are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions by email on how to return the item.
- Refunds will only be issued if the replacement item is out of stock.
Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For any other reason, returns are not accepted, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs if approved in rare cases.
